Arrowhead Union High School District

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of the electors of the Arrowhead Union High School District will be held on December 9, 2008, at 6:00 p.m., in the North Campus Theatre, 800 North Avenue, Hartland, Wisconsin.

At the meeting, electors of the Arrowhead Union High School District will consider taking action to authorize the School Board to enter into necessary agreements with the Village of Hartland to construct a connector road across current School District property and take such other actions necessary to permit construction of a connector road across current School District property. Such actions may include authorizing the School Board to enter into agreements for the following purposes:

1.            The transfer of 2.108 acres of land from the Arrowhead Union High School District to the Village of Hartland (parcel to be identified).

2.            The transfer of 2.984 acres of land from the Village of Hartland to the Arrowhead Union High School District (parcel to be identified).

3.            The construction of Campus Drive and its connection to CTH K by the Village of Hartland.
