To be considered eligible applicants must be:  a) Enrolled in the 2012 school year at Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC) in the Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement or Nursing programs. b) Applicants must be a resident of Waukesha County.  c)  High school/higher education grad average must be 2.5 or higher.

Three scholarships of $500.00 each

Scholarship awards will be based on the following criteria:

A Cumulative 3.5 high school frad point average through January 2012 (7 semesters)

Lettered in one or more varsity sport(s)

Participation in school activitites

Active in any church, above and beyond weekly church attendance.  Students must be members of a Christian congregation.

This program awards $1,000 scholarships to 350 high school seniors who live in communities where Cargill has a business presence in the United Stattes.

This scholarship is available to any high school senior enrolled or planning to enroll in any university, technical  college or community college in the U.S and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Agricultural Short Course Program.

Applicant must have a background in the beef, veal or dairy industry and be a resident of Wisconsin.

These scholarships are awarded to eligible students who are residents of Waukesha County intending on furthering their education.

The Waukesha Deputy Sheriff's Association is granting five  $1,000.00 scholarships to graduating seniors from Waukesha County high schools. Individual scholarships are a onetime sum of $1,000.00 for their freshman year of college.

Our association feels strongly about supporting continued education for young adults who are trying to improve themselves. Through our financial assistance we want to help our counties promising graduates in reaching their goals after high school. The end result is to help create better citizens for our county, state and nation.

This scholarship is to assist students who are residents of and plan to attend a Southeastern Wisconsin institution, pursuing a higher education in the remodeling industry - including associated mechanical, technical and creative sectors.

This scholarship is available for study in actuarial science at the Univversity of Wisconsin-Madison. The award will be given to a high school senior on the basis of mathematical aptitude and expressed interest in an actuarial career. The scholarship is renewable from year to year subject to satisfactory academic performance and continued interest in actuarial corner.

Forty high school seniors/college undergraduates will win a $1,000. High school seniors who will be  attending a US Bank Student Loan eligible four-year college or university are encouraged to apply.

All candidates for this award will have been Junior members of the American Legion Auxiliary, must be in their senior year of high school, must have at least a 3.0 GPA and must be of good character.

Candidates for this award shall be related to a veteran who served in the Armed Forces duing eligibility dates as detailed in the application packet. Additionally, applicants must be a senior in high school, complete 50 hours of volunteer service within the community that is verified in writing and meet other requirements as defined in the packet.

Badgerland Financial is offering up to twenty $1,000. scholarships to graduating seniors who are pursuing studies in an agricultural related field at a short course, technical/trad school or University.

The NFO is sponsoring their annual Steve Pavich Memorial and Farm Kids for College scholarship for Wisconsin high school seniors interested in pursuin an education in agriculture. Applicants will automatically be eligible to win both scholarships by completing one application.

Competition is open to all Senior high school students, male and female, attending public, private and parochial schools in the five county southeastern area served by the Milwaukee Chapter including Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington and Sheboygan counties.

Each high school can nominate ONE senior to compete.  Completed application packet should be turned into Mrs. Morrison in the North Campus Counseling Office for processing.  The completed packet must be in no later than March 14, 2012, to allow for processing.

There is an application from the Wisconsin American Legion Auxiliary that considers students for 8 different scholarships that will be awarded by them.  Each has a different requirement and consideration but uses one application.

Pagel Graphic Arts Scholarship Fund if providing scholarships to be awarded for the Fall 2012 semester.  The fund is open to individuals of all ages who are attending school full-time in Wisconsin and pusruing post-secondary education in the print communications industry. Scholarships will be awarded on academic performance, outside activities and financial need.

The Waukesha Kennel Club, Inc., offers a $2000.00 Scholarship to a graduating senior of a Waukesha County High School or Waukesha City High School who plans to do college work leading to a degree in the field of biological science. Selection of the student to whom this scholarship will be awarded will be made by a committee representing the Waukesha Kennel Club, Inc. the committee will consider:

The recipient of this scholarship may re-apply to the Waukesha Kennel Club, Inc. annually for three years for additional grants of $300.00 for the second year, $700.00 for the third year and $800.00 for the fourth year, for a possible total of $2000.00.
