The visual arts are an important and integral part of the education of the young people of Arrowhead High School.
Art experiences teach students to strive for excellence in their work, to be expressive and responsive, to exercise their imaginations, and to appreciate the creative work of others. Studies in the arts can enrich and give substance to knowledge and skills gained in other academic pursuits. The visual arts consist of two dimensional and three-dimensional creative expressions, such as painting, drawing, graphic arts, computer graphics, art history, print making, sculpture, photography, jewelry, ceramics, architecture, and the many forms of commercial art.
