Orders are due on Friday, September 25!!!
Shirts will be delivered to your 1st hour class by Monday, Oct. 5.
1. Click the link below and print the order form. (Can be printed in grayscale)
2. Fill out the form.
3. Submit your completed order form with your payment during your lunch hour to the students selling T-shirts in the cafeteria
-OR-
Submit both the order form and payment to Ms. Hechimovich's mailbox in the North or South Campus office.
You can pay with CHECK or CASH.
- If you pay with CHECK, make checks payable to "Arrowhead High School."
- If you pay with CASH please put the money in an evelope marked with your name. (This is only if you leave the order in Ms. Hechimovich's mailbox. If you purchase during lunch you do not need an evelope.)
