Basketball

Intramural Basketball forms will be distributed late November and are due back in the North Campus Activities Office or South Campus Main Office by Wednesday, December 3 at the end of the day.  Play will start in early December.  Schedules are distributed to team captains to hand out and will be posted here as the schedule develops.  Additional sign-up forms are available in both the above offices.  Intramural Basketball costs $10.00 for the entire season with an additional fee of $6.00 for those who wish to purchase a team t-shirt.    Included below are the rules and the Parent Behavioral League form for those who still need to complete it.  Students may not participate until this form and their money is turned in.  New this year, if your student doesn't have a current athletic green or brown card on file,  or  completed a blue card this year, they MUST complete a blue card.  Please also review  the academic requirements of all students who participate.

Division I: Freshman Boys Teams
Division II: Sophomore Boys Teams
Division III: All Grades Girls Teams
Division IV: Junior & Senior Boys Teams
**You may play up a level, but not down a level**
***Only Arrowhead High School students can participate***
 
Team sign-up forms are available in the South Campus Main Office and North Campus Activities Office. Participants must have a completed parents permission form and $10.00 fee turned in with your team’s sign-up form besides a blue card if you don't have a current athletic green or brown card on file or have already completed a blue card.. NOTE THIS OPTION:  For an additional $6.00 per team member, you can order Intramural T-shirts for your team—you choose the color!
 
Team sign-up forms must be into the above offices by 2:45 pm on Wednesday, December 3, 2008
Games are played when gym time is available.
 Schedules will be given as soon as we have all registrations.
