Intramural Basketball forms will be distributed late November. Play will start in early December. Schedules are e-mailed and posted on this site as the schedule develops. Additional sign-up forms are available in both the North Campus Activities and South Campus Main office. Intramural Basketball costs $10.00 for the entire season with an additional fee of $6.00 for those who wish to purchase a team t-shirt (optional for team). Included below are all the forms needed if the student did not receive a packet for their team at school. Students may not participate until this form, their money and a blue card (if not a current year athlete) is turned in. Please also review the academic requirements of all students who participate.
