BBOP

B-BOP's mission is to promote and support the instrumental music programs at Arrowhead High School by helping to recognize student accomplishments and to provide the directors with assistance as needed.

In keeping with this mission, there are ample opportunities for parents to become involved.  In August, B-BOP provides refreshments to students in marching band camp.  We also have a welcome picnic with an introduction to the music programs.  During the fall, parents are needed to manage the marching band uniforms – fitting new members and keeping the uniforms in good condition.  Marching band members are usually given snacks or dinner also, and that support carries over to the pep band as it plays for basketball and hockey games.

Larger BBOP activities include coordinating the Lock-In and the Hot Chili, Cool Jazz concert.  Throughout the year, there are chaperone opportunities to some wonderful concerts.

If you are interested in becoming more involved, please contact one of the current officers from the list below.
