AHS Boys Lacrosse Parents:
The lacrosse season is fast approaching. Hopefully, your sons are getting ready for the season by working out and/or playing some lacrosse through the various clinics and leagues in the area.
Open Practice and Evaluations will be held starting February 21st and going through mid-March.

Below you will find a listing of the dates and guidelines for Open Practice and Evaluations.
2012 AHS Open Practice Schedule and Guidelines
March 1 and 6; one field – open to Freshman, Juniors, and Seniors from 3:30-5:00 each day.
March 5 and 7; one field – open to Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors from 3:30-5:00 each day.
· Juniors and Seniors will be able to attend all open practices,
Freshman and Sophomores will be able to attend all open practices but two
due to BISC field availability.
· Upperclassmen (Jr/Sr) will inquire to BISC staff upon arrival to
determine AHS field assignments.
· The upperclassmen will lead these sessions and not segregate
themselves from the underclassmen, new, or incoming freshman players.
· All activities and drills should include every player that is
present and wishes to participate – at all times.
· The upperclassmen will be responsible for the AHS equipment such as
balls, ball bags, goals, and practice cones. This is not the responsibility
of the new or underclassmen. This includes transporting, setting up,
breaking down, and general storage of the equipment.
· When on the field during ANY drill or scrimmage situation, ALL
lacrosse equipment will be worn as normally would be expected.
· Any live scrimmage situations should be conducted with due
diligence, safety, and minimal unavoidable contact only.
· EVERYONE will respect the BISC facility and the BISC operating staff
and will immediately comply with any request or direction from them. This
includes common sense issues such as trash, empty water bottles, equipment
storage if available, being courteous, and timely clean-up and exiting of
the field for the next group.
Evaluations will be taking place March 12-16th at BISC
March 12 - 5p-7p (BISC)
March 13 - 3:30p-5p (BISC)
March 14 - 5-7p (BISC)
March 15 NX Level (check schedule)
March 16 - 3:30-5p (BISC)
The NX Level assessments are scheduled for March 15th at the NX Level facility
March 15th - 3:30-5p, 5-6:30p and 6:30-8p.
