The Broadway Company is a unique performance opportunity. It is special because it is both a class and an extracurricular activity. Open by audition only to sophomores, juniors and seniors, the group specializes in acting, singing and dancing from Broadway shows. The students produce a musical in the fall, become a madrigal group during the Christmas season, produce scenes from musicals in early winter and wind up as a vocal jazz troupe at year's end. All Broadway Company members are members in good standing in an Arrowhead concert choir. The Company is co-ed and often practices after school. The directors, Nancy Jorgensen and Grace Gielski, welcome questions from anyone interested in the program.
