Guitars for Vets Coffee House Concert

3rd Annual Guitars for Vets

Coffee House Concert

Friday, November 5th

The Arrowhead High School American Problems classes and International Student Club are again hosting a fundraiser for Guitars for Vets , a non-profit organization designed to enhance the lives of ailing and injured Veterans by providing them with guitars and music instruction and Dryhootch, a coffee shop/gathering place for Veterans to reconnect in an alcohol-free setting.

The evening begins at 6:30 PM with an open mic, where many Arrowhead students and staff perform.  Once again Bill Camplin and Jason Klagstad, two phenomenal singer-songwriter/guitarists, are donating their time and talent, beginning at 8:00 PM.

Coffee and desserts, including Baskin Robbins Ice Cream will be available.  DryHootch, another local organization dedicated to helping our Veterans, will be selling coffee by the cup or pound.

We will be raffling off a hand-crafted guitar that was built for and donated to Guitars for Vets (Guitar comes with strap and gig bag).  Raffle tickets are $3.00 or 2 for $5.00.  Tickets may be purchased up to 7:30 PM.  Drawing will be at 8:00 PM the night of the concert.

The cost is $10.00, (Students $5.00)  and tickets can be purchased at the door.  Arrowhead High School, North Campus Commons, 800 North Avenue, Hartland, WI  53029.
