AHS Girls Lacrosse Conditioning

In the spirit of our committment to help every Arrowhead Girls Lacrosse player reach their full potential, coaches recommend players continue to exercise and condition during the off season.  Running is essential to keeping in top condition.  Conditioning Coach Pete Mueller provided the exercises laid out in the links below for AHS GLax Players during the season.  Watch this page for additional exercises this summer.
