2011 DECA'S "HAWKFEST"
This year the Arrowhead DECA is planned and implemented "HAWKFEST" on Friday October 7, 2011 right here at Arrowhead. The event was from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm prior, during, and after the Arrowhead-Waukesha West football game. Music, games, rides, food, and FUN are a part of the event. The marketing students planned this annual event with over 7,000 people in attendance throughout the Lake Country area. If you like Summerfest you probably liked "HAWKFEST". Proceeds of the event went towards Arrowhead DECA, HAWS (Humane Animal Welfare Society) and MDA Summer Camping sending kids with Muscular Dystrophy to summer camp. This year $1,150 was given to HAWS to sponsor kids to attend the annual Spring Break HAWS Program. Also kitten warmers were also purchased. Johnsonville's Big Taste Grill will offer the best in Wisconsin Brats sponsored by GMR Marketing. Inflatables, Laser Tag, Culver's, Falbos Pizza plus much much more added to the event. New this year was the "So You Think You Have Talent" entertainment stage where people displayed their talents from 5:30 - 7:30 pm next to the Big Taste Grill.
