CLASSIC 8 CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS

Saturday 10-15-11 @ Nagawaukee, KM host school

The first turn is a sweeping turn and is about 370 meters out.  The girls’ starting line is congruent with the boys as is the finish line. There is a slight modification to the course in the woods area by the barn, we are going around to edge instead of through the woods at that point, this is for the safety of the athletes and doesn’t change the net distance or number of hills on the course.

  1. Bibs will be in your packet for ALL of your runners.   Place them on the FRONT of the runners’ jersey with the pins provided.  They are bar coded and we will need to collect them in order at the finish line to do the scoring!   DON’T CRUMPLE THE BIBS, it makes it very difficult to read them with our scanner.

  1. There will be concessions and conference meet tee-shirts sold at the meet, $10 Short Sleeve and $15 Long Sleeve.

  1. Please inform parents the standard per car entry fee for the Waukesha County parks will be charged and the buses parking fee is $18

  1. The two pavilions in picnic area #1 are used for meet management and concession, please tell your teams, including parents, they are not to be used for team gathering areas.  We did have a problem with this last year, and are declaring them a restricted area for that reason, set up any team parties in other areas of the park please.
