Mock Trial is structured like a "real" court trial and follows the same rules, participants get a hands-on learning experience. This experience can help students understand how the legal system works and what roles judges, lawyers, bailiffs, juries, and witnesses play in the system. From September to February, mock trial teams prepare to argue a fictional case against other teams.
