- The Mullett Ice Center offers an in-house hockey league for beginners Kindergarten thru 8th grade in the winter
- For beginners take the Learn-to-Skate Lessons-10 week classes are offered June-Aug, Oct-Dec & Jan-March
- For youngsters with skating experience - join one of our learn-to-play hockey skills class:
- 10 weeks of Learn to Play Hockey offered June-Aug or Jan-March
- 8 weeks In-House Hockey Practice offered Oct-Nov
- JOIN the Mullett In-House Hockey League - runs Dec-March
- or Join the Arrowhead Youth Hockey Association
- Girls are encouraged to register at all levels
The MULLETT ICE CENTER at Arrowhead High School is offering the following programs during the 2008-2009 Season:
LEARN-TO-SKATE LESSONS
REGISTRATION: Monday, Dec 15, 2008 4:00-7:00pm
COST: $70.00 10 weeks beginning January 5th
* For beginning skaters, girls and boys from 5 -12 years old.
* 45 minute lessons are on Monday Nights at 5:30pm or 6:15pm
* Skate rental is available during lessons
* Registration includes a pass for free public skating
* Class sizes will be limited - classes will be filled on first come basis!
LEARN-TO-PLAY HOCKEY SKILLS
REGISTRATION: Monday, Dec 15, 2008 4:00-7:00pm
COST: $70.00 10 weeks beginning January 5th
* For more experienced skaters ages 5 -12 years old - learn hockey skills
* 45 minute classes are on Monday Nights at 5:30pm or 6:15pm
* Registration includes a pass for free public skating
* Class sizes will be limited - classes will be filled on first come basis!
* Hockey equipment required: helmet with facemask, mouth guard, elbow pads, shin pads and hockey stick
MULLETT IN-HOUSE HOCKEY PRACTICE
Practice is designed for girls and boys, beginners and experienced players, especially those wanting to play in the Mullett In-House League this winter.
REGISTRATION: Saturday, September 27th 9:00-11:00am
COST: $75.00 8 week session beginning Oct 4th
* For Boys and Girls K-8th Grade
* Saturday mornings Oct 4th thru Nov 22nd
* Hockey Equipment Required
* Used Equipment Sale during registration Sept 27th
MULLETT IN-HOUSE HOCKEY LEAGUE
Hockey players will be placed on teams by age and school attended depending on the number of registrants. All games are played at the Mullett Ice Center on Friday evenings or Saturday mornings starting in early December thru March
REGISTRATION: Saturday, Nov 22nd 8:00-10:00am
COST: $120 for season League play starts Dec 5th and 6th
* For Boys and Girls K thru 8th Grade
* Full Hockey Equipment Required: helmet with a face, mouth guard, elbow pads, shin pads, hockey gloves, shoulder and chest protection, breezers (hockey pants) and pelvic protection
