We have one school play each year here at Arrowhead that is not associated with the Broadway Company musicals. The school play is directed by Mrs. Markano and is usually presented toward the end of February. The plays vary from year to year, sometimes drama, sometimes comedy, sometimes mystery, sometimes classic, sometimes contemporary. Auditions are open to everyone and usually take place in December or January. Rehearsals are mostly in the evenings (except for Wednesdays) with one or two required Saturdays for technical work. Rehearsals are somewhat flexible, depending on the part you have.

In addition to the school play, we have three theatre related courses open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors: Introduction to Theatre Arts, Acting, and Directing. See Mrs. Markano's webpage (under the Language Arts Department) for more information on these classes.
