To The Parents of the Class of 2009:
Every spring the parents of the Arrowhead High School senior class honor their graduates with an all night drug and alcohol-free party. This year’s party will be held on Friday June 5, 2009. It is school-sponsored and gives the students an opportunity to celebrate their educational accomplishments in a safe and drug-free environment.
Past graduates fondly remember their graduation party which for many years has been a great Arrowhead High School tradition. A variety of foods, beverages and entertainment are offered to the students throughout the evening. Support of the party is through ticket sales to the students and generous donations from the community.
We need your help and are asking that you consider volunteering to lead or be a member of one of several committees and functions. Committees and functions that need leaders and volunteers are Games/Entertainment, Decorations/Setup, Tickets/ID’s/Invitations, Safe Room, Donations/Fundraising, Food, Publicity/ThankYou’s, Chaperones/Cleanup, a Treasurer and Co-Chairperson. If you and a group of friends would like to volunteer to cover a specific area, that would be great.
Your community-minded spirit is truly an asset to the Arrowhead High School community and your generosity is greatly appreciated. In past years the senior party has drawn over 450 students and over 100 parents usually volunteer.
