When: January 20th - January 22nd 2012
Where: Blackjack and Indianhead Ski Resorts near Ironwood MI
Hotel: Comfort Inn Hotel Ironwood MI
Capacity: 30 - 50
Cost: $235 if signed up by Friday December 12th. $245 if paid by Tuesday December 22nd
Refunds?:
FULL Refunds will only be granted in one of two situations:
a) Mr. Fechter is contacted before December 22nd with the request of a refund
b) If we do not have enough participants on December 22nd to get group rates, thereby cancelling the trip.
PARTIAL Refund (lift ticket cost $) can be refunded up to the date of departure
If you can find someone to take your spot on the trip and they then pay you, that works too!
Forms:
Three things need to be completed to go on the Michigan Trip
a) Regular Ski Club Forms should be filled out and returned to Mr. Fechter
b) Online Participation Form should be filled out and submitted online.
c) Michigan Trip Participation Form should be filled out and returned WITH CHECK to Mr. Fechter NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 22nd, 2011.
Not Included:
You are responsible for rental costs, lunch/dinner costs, extra spending, etc
Other:
4 to a room – same sex room mates.
The list of participants will be given to the administration. If they deem anyone unfit to participate due to disciplinary reasons, they will not be allowed on the trip.
Alcohol, smoking, or other drugs will not be tolerated on the trip. If you are caught with any of these items, or we have suspicion that you have consumed any of these items, you will be turned over to the local law enforcement. At that point your parents will be called and they will have to come get you as you will NOT be coming home on the bus. We reserve the right to check rooms or belongings if we have suspicion of alcohol or other drugs.
