Terry Weber
Regarded as many to be one of the best baseball and basketball players in Arrowhead history, Terry Weber was the first athlete at AHS to play two varsity sports as a freshman (baseball and basketball). He also played three years of varsity football. Terry earned 11 letters throughout his renowned Arrowhead athletic career – three in football, four in basketball and four in baseball.
As the first-ever three-year starter for AHS basketball, Terry held the school’s scoring record for many years and currently sits 4th as the all-time leading scorer in AHS boys basketball history (with 918 points). He was First-Team All-County his junior and senior years and was Honorable Mention All-State his senior year. That year, he averaged 19.6 points per game, which was the third best in the county.
As a four-year starter on the baseball team, Terry batted .467 as a senior. Many have said he’s the best catcher in school history. Terry also started two years on the football team.
Following high school, Terry played Land of Lakes baseball and was inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2003.
Terry passed away in 2009. He was only 65 years old.
