“The Arrowhead Cheerleaders work on fun skills at every practice like dancing, tumbling and stunting - yes, we literally fly! Performances include pep rallies, sports games, community events and cheerleading competitions.
The purpose of the Arrowhead High School Cheerleading program is summarized in the following:
Heart / Cheerleaders will promote school spirit and be the heart of the school that will generate pride and enthusiasm from the student body, staff, parents, and fans and directs it toward encouraging all athletes.
Confidence / Cheerleaders will develop an attitude of confidence by offering their very best effort toward the perfection of every cheer and routine.
Leadership / Cheerleaders will be an example of leadership in what they say, how they act, and their attitude toward others.
Respect / Cheerleaders will respect others and themselves and be a respected team by the students, faculty, and administration.
