The WCTC Career Center Website provides professional consultation, structure, and support to youth and adults in career development and job search; to empower individuals to make career choices leading to economic self-sufficiency as well as personal and career satisfaction; and to assist clients in adapting to society's rapidly changing workforce demands.

Parents as Partners in Career Planning workshops are sponsored by the Career Center of the Waukesha County Technical College. 2+2 Program with WCTC was created through an articulation agreement with Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC), students can earn an Associate Degree from WCTC and have many of the WCTC courses count toward a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette. Under the terms of the agreement with WCTC.
