| Students should complete the Senior Profile when asking teachers and counselors for a Letter of Recommendation for colleges, universities, scholarships, etc. This allows counselors and teachers a more personal insight into a student.
It is recommended that students use the Word document and fill it in electronically providing easier reading, ability to attach to an email or to modify the document for different usage. |

The Filippo Mazzei Greater Milwaukee Lodge #2763 will be awarding two scholarships for the year 2025; one for $2,000 and another for $1,000.
Candidate is to be of Italian descent, and reside in Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington or Waukesha County.
Required documents include the completed scholarship application, Two letters of recommendation from a non-family member (less than 250 words), an official transcript and copy of ACT/ SAT scores, and a personal statement of your Italian descent.
