The Arrowhead Boy's volleyball program competes within the WIAA as a fall sport, with a season that starts before the school year in mid-August and ends in late October or early November. The program consists of 4 teams: Varsity, JV1, JV2 Red, JV2 Blue. Tryouts are held for all four levels, and in most years there are cuts made at each level.
All teams compete as members of the Classic 8 Conference, as well as in other non-conference tournaments throughout the season. Most matches and events are on weeknights, but there are occasionally full day tournaments on Saturdays. Practice times vary from year-to-year based on gym availability.
Our program is committed to developing volleyball skills in a supportive environment. Emphasis is placed on positive coaching at all levels. Players are given frequent encouragement as we offer positive reinforcement that will build confidence in their developing skills.
