With 16 years of experience in public education and a strong background in instructional leadership, I am thrilled to join the Arrowhead team as Associate Principal of the North Campus.
I believe education should empower students to become exceptional global citizens. As a leader, I work alongside teachers to design meaningful learning experiences that foster critical thinking, ethical decision making, and real-world application. I am committed to ensuring every student is known, challenged, and supported through engaging instruction, strong relationships, and purposeful mentorship. My leadership style is collaborative and grounded in facilitation and coaching, aligning closely with Arrowhead’s commitment to academic excellence, student engagement, and preparing graduates for success beyond high school.
Throughout my career, I have specialized in building programs and partnerships that connect rigorous academics to authentic real-world experiences, helping students graduate with both a clear plan and the skills needed to thrive. I have developed a deep appreciation for the importance of strong academic and social-emotional foundations, particularly during the transition from high school to postsecondary pathways. Much of my work has focused on supporting juniors and seniors through this pivotal stage of growth and decision making.
Prior to joining Arrowhead, I served as coordinator of the largest International Baccalaureate Career-related Programme (IBCP) in Wisconsin. As a member of the school leadership team, I led systems-level work across curriculum development, student support, and community partnerships. In this role, I designed and managed systems supporting more than 200 students annually and collaborated with staff and community partners to align curriculum, assessment, and real-world learning opportunities. Prior to that, I taught the IB CP capstone course, Personal & Professional Skills, and chemistry.
