Don Mullett Family
Don Mullett honored his father Howard by building the Mullett Ice Center at Arrowhead in 1998. One of the best high school hockey rinks in the country, the Mullett Ice Center is home to the AHS boys and girls hockey teams, and several youth organizations and adult hockey leagues. Plus, the center offers the community a chance to open skate, and learn to skate and play hockey.
Don currently is chairman of the Bradley Corporation, a fourth-generation, family-owned company specializing in commercial plumbing fixtures, accessories, lockers and partitions. He also has been active in civic and social organizations and is a supporter of the Hunger Task Force of Milwaukee, The Blood Center of Wisconsin and the United Way.
In addition to his civic endeavors, Don is an avid hunter and enjoys fishing and golfing. He and his wife (of +40 years) Barbara have three sons: Bryan, Erik and Christopher.
Bryan, the fifth generation of leadership at the Bradley Corporation, is the company’s president. Recipient of the Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 Award, Bryan graduated from Arrowhead in 1991, and was named All-Conference in soccer, and All-Conference/All-State in skiing. Plus, he was a member of the State Champion AHS ski team.
After graduating from UW-Whitewater, Bryan has remained active in the high school and youth hockey teams, supporting the programs in various ways. He was an AHS assistant hockey coach from 1999-2009 and is currently a youth hockey coach just completing his seventh season. As a coach, Bryan as helped accomplish the following results:
- Classic 8 Conference Champs – 7 times
- WIAA State Runner-Up – 2004-2005 season
- WIAA State Champs – 2008-09 season
- Sportsmanship award – 4 times
- High school hockey showdown champs – 2008 and 2009
- Mullett Invitational Champs 2003 and 2005
- WAHA Youth Hockey State Tournament appearances – 4 times
Bryan and his wife Nicole have three boys, Jace (12), Hunter (10) and Mason (4). All are active in hockey. Bryan also serves on the Mullett Ice Center Board.
